Notes
Solanic potato protein (produced by Avebe, Netherlands) has gained significant traction in the brewing industry as a vegan-friendly head retention agent and fining protein. Several major breweries including Heineken have trialled potato protein fining as a complete replacement for isinglass. The protein is a byproduct of the potato starch industry.
